WELCOME TO THE 30 DAY JUICE FEAST

*Please consult your physician before starting any new diet, eating or juicing plan.

A few days prior, start eating lighter. For example, smoothies, broth-based soups,
oatmeal, salads, raw organic fruits and veggies. Start cutting out microwaveable foods,
pastries, processed foods, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, and soda.
•
Take before pictures.
•
Find a juicing buddy to join you. This will increase your chances of success.
•
Remove all junk food from your house (we know this sucks).
•
Walk at least 30 minutes a day.
•
Juice 3-6x a day or when hungry.
•
Drink plenty of filtered water between juicing to help rid the body of toxins. The only

The goal of the challenge is to consume only the juicing recipes we provide.
**In the event you are having difficulty and need to eat more, here are some good options
for you. Some of these items are not recommended for cleansing or detoxing, but if you are
only doing the program for weight loss, then it’s okay:

Lean meats - chicken/turkey. No processed lunch meats.

Raw Nuts - Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews - just a handful (Peanuts are not nuts.)

Juice spinach, anise, and ginger. Toss in a blender with dates. Add Cherries. Blend.
