Then escrow will release the funds accordantly. Gross Rental Income Maintenance, Taxes & Others Will be collected in monthly basis from all the investor’s properties. A report will be issue in detail and offer to the Investor accordantly. All repairs and/or others will be arrange and a report will be issue to the investor. As well as all taxes to be paid from the rental income after expenses will be handle by us; NCM commercial. Net Rental Income The Net Rental Income, will be then transfer as per the Investor’s previous instructions to his/her bank account anywhere in the world. In addition to a monthly detail report from all the Investor’s properties holding the world in our hands, for you.
