Governor's Welcome
Hello Everyone and Welcome to our District Leadership
Convention!
I am so glad to have all of you here to celebrate what
we all hold so dear to our hearts: service! I want to
thank you all for what you do to make the name of Key
Club everything it is and continuing to expand our organization. It is through you, our members, that the
greatest impact comes about.
This weekend, please absorb as much information as
you can. This is both a brilliant time to learn and to be
recognized for everything you have already done.
My final request for all of you is that you continue to do
the best service and teach others the love and joy of
giving. Let's go out and change the world.
Enjoy your weekend!
Yours in Service,

International Trustees Welcome
Hello, Missouri-Arkansas District Key Clubbers!
I am so excited to be joining all of you as an attendee at this
year's District Leadership Conference. Throughout the past
year, I have been given the opportunity to serve as your Key Club
International Trustee, and this conference is the perfect ending to
our service year together.
For those of you who have never attended a District Leadership
Conference before, I can assure you, this will be one of the
most life-changing experiences that you will ever have. I
attended my first conference four years ago as a freshman in
New York, and the path that it has led me on has absolutely
changed my life. The opportunities that you will receive as a
result of your attendance at this convention will be never
ending. I strongly encourage you to continue your service with Key
Club and the Kiwanis Family after you leave this weekend.
I cannot wait to meet each and every one of you at the
conference this weekend. If you
see me, please feel free to come up to
me and introduce yourself, I would
absolutely love to speak with you.
Yours in Service,
Laken Kelly
Key Club International Trustee

Hello Mo-Ark Key Clubbers ,
Welcome to the 68th annual District Leadership
Conference. I hope you all are having a great time so
far. DLC is a great place to meet new people and make
lasting memories. This conference highlights the best of our great clubs and challenges us to achieve even more. I look forwarded to meeting you all and making
new friends during this DLC.
I joined Key club three years ago and fell in love instantly. I was amazed by the
family atmosphere this club provided and its friendly competitive spirit. From
those around me I have learned that service is more than just volunteering, it is
sacrificing what you have for the betterment of others. This attitude has allowed
me to devote myself to this club and grow in the lessons and experiences this club
has to offer. It is because of these experiences and all the great times I have had
that I wish to take the next step in leading my Key Club family to new and greater
heights.
If elected I would work to increase membership throughout the district through
improving relations with non Key Club organizations and encouraging clubs who
have lost their character to re-involve themselves in Key Club activities. This would
be achieved through a new communication system based on the improvement of
social media outlet usage. This will allow an exchange of ideas and direct communication to Key Clubbers. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to
meeting you all at .this Years DLC!
