Sicilian Cheesecake
The Sicilian Cheesecake is an old family recipe passed down from generation to
generation. We ate it for birthday’s, holidays, and just to satisfy our sweet tooth. It’s
our original cheesecake baked on our graham cracker crust. We bake it for 3/4 of the
time, take it out and pour on homemade sweet sour cream, then bake again. Then
we top with whip cream and mixed fruit. It’ll become your family tradition too.

Charlotte
Rao’s version of a century old recipe. Thin layers of chocolate
cake generously filled with chocolate mousse. Ladyfingers
(cookies) are placed around the outside of the cake and the
chocolate on top of the cake is formed into a dome of pure
mousse. We then pour melted chocolate on top of the dome
and let it run dow the sides of the ladyfingers.
