APRIL 26, 2015
The Quaker Steak & Lube Show will be held on
April 26th. The SVCC runs the show starting at
Noon. Gate opens at 11:00 A.M. Trophies at 3:00
P.M.
DEAN’S DINNER
March 21st - 6:30 to 9:30 P.M.

There will be a buffet of two meats, pasta, potato,
vegetable and salad. The cost is $20.00 per person. We will have wine and cake along with some
type of entertainment. This is not a BYOB event!!!

Our annual spring dance is just around the corner!
Mark your calendars - the date is April 11, 2015.
The club voted to raise the prices of the Yankee
Lake Dinner Dance as follows:
Prepaid tickets: $18.00
Tickets at Door: $22.00
Hours for the dance have changed this year. Dinner/Dance will now be from 7 PM to 11 PM.
Tickets for the dance are ready. You can get tickets
from Randy Davis (330) 395-8330. We need all
members to sell as many tickets as possible. Our
goal as a club is over 400. Table reservations will
be taken by Debbie Bika (330-448-4313) or Lou
Baldoff (724-981-054).
Reminder: Give the ticket purchasers the entire
ticket. Do not tear the stub off! They must bring
the entire ticket for entrance to the dance.
We need help to get advertising for the dance starting now! We are in need of as many donations as
you can get for the Chinese Auction. We would like
to have at least 80. This is our biggest fundraiser
of the year and sets the tone of what type of donations we can give throughout the year.
We need the help of every club member. We need
help selling 50/50, working the Chinese Auction, as
well as working the door. Thanks in advance for
your support.
American Shooter - North Jackson, Ohio
On Monday, Feb. 16th, several club members and their guests went to The American Shooter Club in North
Jackson, Ohio to have a little fun and sharpen their shooting skills. Dan Bika put together this this activity together for the club and we had a good turn out. Those that attended were: Dan Bika, John Gregg, Dennis
Webber, Vic Francis, Dean Rice (& guest), John & Leslie Magee, Jack & Mary Sohayda, David R. Kelley, David
Riniti, Travis Martwinski (guest of David) Ken Jelley and his brother Rick Jelley, as well as friends Earl Gregory,
Chad Meixelberger and Steve Sakonyi.

to April 12th. There will be a meeting at 6 P.M. on
March 29th at Quaker Steak and Lube in Sharon. This
is a special meeting since our regular meeting falls after the dance and we need to get dance particulars finalized. Tickets need to be turned in along with Chinese Auction items. Please mark your calendars for
this date and plan to attend if possible.
