CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:  This event will be run under HRCAV rules and regulations. (Refer to HRCAV Manual)  Current valid Membership, Dressage, & Horse Trials Performance Cards must be presented to Card Secretary prior to competing  competitors most compete at their assessed level for Horse Trials.  Riders wanting TTT logs stamped should present them with their cards.  Registered Club colours and approved helmets and riding boots must be worn. Medical arm bands must be worn in all jumping phases.  Riders must present for Gear check 20 minutes prior to each phase.  Competitors to provide bridle & saddle blanket numbers for Dressage and Showjumping and a back number holder for Cross Country phase.  No refund unless vet/medical certificate submitted within 7 days of the Event.  Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of posting interim scores, in writing, accompanied by $20.00. Deposit forfeited if protest is not upheld.  Stallions must wear ID at all times. DHAC will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any horse, person or property.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  DHAC reserves the right to change program, alter or delete classes subject to entries.
