Foals must be aged 3 weeks or older. 5. All stallions must be in possession of a current breed society license (or acknowledged alternative). 6. All stallions and colts two years old or over must be suitably bitted with a suitable bridle and led/ridden by a handler that has attained their 14 th birthday before the 1st January of the current year. 7. The Committee will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury thereto owing to accident or other cause. 8. The Committee reserves the right to postpone, alter or cancel without notice, any or all classes. 9. Any objection must be lodged in writing with the Secretary within 30 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a £25 deposit, which shall be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled. 10. Abusive behaviour towards judges or officials will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The Committee will discipline exhibitors using such behaviour. 11. No person may enter or show a horse or pony under a judge who is known to have bred, owned, sold or produced that horse or pony. 12. The judge's decision is final. 13. All Welsh classes will be run under the WPCS showing & judging regulations. Exhibitors who enter classes are deemed to have read and accepted these Rules of Showing.
