Balance = Body Balance Class: Improve balance, stability & core strength with these low intensity movements
performed during a traditional Curves Workout.
BB = Body Basics Class: Designed to improve overall fitness; focus is on maintaining effort and heart rate in the circuit
using functional movements emphasizing the arms, core, & legs. Perfect for any fitness level.
CCZ = Curves Circuit with Zumba Class: Combines the fun, high-energy cardio dance moves of Zumba with the proven
full-body strength training workout of Curves for a fat blasting, party-in-the-circuit workout!
Jillian L1 = Curves Workout with Jillian Michaels Level 1 Class: Cutting-edge workouts that Jillian created specifically
for the Curves Circuit utilizing body weight-based exercises to boost intensity, build strength, and prevent plateaus.
Movements change monthly and include modifications to each move so everyone can enjoy the benefits of this class.
Jillian L2 = Curves Workout with Jillian Michaels Level 2 Class: Contains advanced Jillian class movements and has 5+
floor moves per class. Modifications are available and a Curves Coach will help with form and range of motion to
progress. Movements change quarterly.
Stretch & Strength Class: Movements are designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles following strength training on
each piece of equipment and incorporates a full body workout.
Bunko: An easy dice game that involves laughter and a little luck. Bring $5.00, a chair and your girlfriends. Cash
prizes!
