TRANSFER POLICY FOR THE SPECIALTY AND TRIALS: The Club will permit a transfer to the next level class in accordance with AKC regula ons. The request for a Transfer must be made in writ‐ ing and presented to the Show Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the specified event, show or trial. Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) is another op on, and is 105 miles away, about an hour and forty minute drive. vents sleeping inside the RV overnight. • There are an extremely limited number of spaces granted to us by the city of Frankenmuth for parking at the Kern Pavilion. Early arrivals or late departures will be handled on a request only basis; addi onal charges may apply. Pet Deposit The Bavarian Inn will collect $100 upon check in. Up to $80 will be refunded once the room has been inspected by housekeeping and found to be in the same condi on as when the guest checked in. $20 is applied to a non‐refundable cleaning fee. Dogs are to be crated at all mes when guests are not in their room. To prevent damage to the carpe ng, the guests must put a
sheet of plas c or tarp under where the crate is placed. Please observe where the dog relief sta ons are and clean up a er your dog! Hotel Conduct We expect your coopera on in leaving the hotel rooms and public areas clean and neat. Tarps/
plas c sheets should be used in guest rooms under crates and dogs should not be le uncrated and una ended in your room under any circumstances at any me. Pick up and clean up a er your dog(s). Always be gracious to the hotel staff and management. Remember, the LCA’s ability to con nue to acquire first class facili es for future shows is always dependent on the conduct and deportment of a endees at past shows. Complaints lodged against any exhibitor or exhibitors will be under the auspices of the LCA Show Event Commi ee. Exhibitors must maintain these facili es in a clean & orderly fashion. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION
Novice Junior Class: for boys & girls at least 9 years and under 12 years of age on the day of the show who at the me entries close, have not won three (3) first place awards, with compe on present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Novice Intermediate Class: for boys & girls at least 12 and under 15 years of age on the day of the show who at the me entries close, have not won three (3) first place awards, with compe on present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Novice Senior Class: for boys & girls at least 15 and under 18 years of age on the day of the show who at the me entries close, have not won three (3) first place awards, with compe on present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Open Junior Class: for boys & girls at least 9 and under 12 years of age on the day of the show who at the me entries close, have won three (3) first place awards in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show, with compe on present. The calendar for this class will be consistent with the eligibility dates for the AKC Eukanuba Na onal Championship. All Juniors mee ng the criteria for this class are required to enter the Master Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility me frame for that year has passed all par cipants return to the Open Class to com‐
plete for the following year. NOTE: Junior Handlers must include their AKC Junior Handler Number on each entry. A Recording Fee of 50 cents for each dog and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each recordable single entry class at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Obedience Trial. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). A $3.50 AKC Recording Fee will be required for the first entry in Rally and $3.00 for each additional entry in Rally. (American Kennel Club Rally Regulation, Chapter 1, Section 5). An Event Service Fee of $2.00 per entry is required for each entry in the 4‐6 Mo Beginner Puppy Competition. (AKC Sanctioned 4‐6 Month Beginner Puppy Competition Regulations Section 6). These Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS / INVALID CREDIT CARDS do not constitute a valid entry. The Superintendent will add a collection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check and credit card. Subse‐

No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergen‐
cy, act of public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Show Superintendent. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of
entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable.
EXHIBITORS NOTE: Please notify Superintendent of any change of address. All entries received with credit/debit card for payment will have a service charge added.
No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor the Superintendent will be respon‐
sible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up the class. Owners or agents alone are responsible
for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings.
The show giving club, the Superintendent/Event Secretary, their agents, employees, etc., as‐
sume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers to

I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall
deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the
opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the
event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and
the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and
any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event,

The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed compe on: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed compe on is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classifica on in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addi on to designa ng the class, specify the par cular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4.
