Hillcrest Elementary PTO Spring Art & Craft Sale Saturday April 18, 2015 9:00am to 2:00pm Hillcrest Elementary School Selling spaces will be assigned. It is your responsibility to make sure your items will fit in your rented space. Approximate Space Size is 9’ X 9’. Spaces are $30.00 Tables: Bring your own. (8’ max only – one table per rented space) “First Come, First Served Basis” “We will try our best not to have duplicate vendors.” Chairs are provided. Please be sure your table has a floor protective pad. A confirmation letter will be sent to confirm that a space is reserved for you. Assigned space is given the day of set up. We cannot guarantee a specific space. NO refunds will be issued. No-shows: Space will be held until 10:00am. Please notify us if you will be setting up late.
