Reporting to the Regional Sheltered Housing Manager the primary purpose of this role is to support the Sheltered Housing Officers to deliver excellent services in order to meet performance targets. The role assumes responsibility for responding to routine housing and support related enquiries from residents and Scheme Managers and to provide administrative support to the local/regional team as required. You will need to be an excellent communicator as the role will be the first point of contact for residents and is fundamental to providing an excellent and effective service.
