16–19 study programme (PDF | 1.2 MB)

Study Programme 16 - 19
Post-16 learners at this centre generally follow a vocational route which is unlikely to change, and this incorporates work placements. Registration for a vocational option and English and maths should continue outside of Skilled for Life.
The addition of a Skilled for Life offer to the current programme would provide a full post-16 tudy programme.
Additional opportunities would be created to accredit achievement with an Award in Personal Behaviour for Success (3 credits), a Planning & Participating in Work Experience Award (6 credits) and a WorkSkills Certificate (13 credits).
Literacy and numeracy units, together with ICT units if required, can also be incorporated. Registration for this programme would be £65 for 13-24 credits, with the SelfSmart diagnostic tool costing an additional £10 per learner.
