CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (Cl) PROGRAMME SYMPOSIUM
OF THE 19 PILOT Cl SCHOOL PROJECTS

There will be a Continuous Improvement (Cl) Programme Symposium of the 19 pilot Cl school projects on
March 23, 2015 at DepED Ecotech, Executive Dining Hall, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.

The symposium is the last major event of the current phase of the Cl Programme. It is also the culminating event
for the Cl pilot schools that participated in the program. It will show what has been done and the results of work and
possible replication of the program.

This activity aims to describe the different Division Cl program conducted, celebrate the quick wins of the schools
through the Cl Programme, showcase the process improvements from the school Cl projects, sharing of Cl experiences
and knowledge across divisions/schools, and practice open mindedness and acceptance of the different Cl programme
conducted.

The participants of this activity are the 19 Pilot Schools Cl Team, SDS/ASDS, Cl Division Coordinators, Regional
Functional Division Chiefs, Regional Field Technical Assistance Team Leader and Members, Cl Trainers from Bohol Division,
RO Coaches, Human Capital of Asia Coaches, Staff from Central Office.

It is requested that each Pilot School Cl team should be ready with their Final Cl project powerpoint seven (7)
minute presentation, yell, booth display (showcase the Cl results and materials), article about the Cl project to be
submitted to [email protected] for documentation on March 17,2015, attend the dry run and put up of the
booth on March 22, 2015 at the Executive Dining Hall, Ecotech Center, Sudlon , Lahug, Cebu City.
6.
Traveling expenses incurred by the participants shall be charged to Division/Local funds, while snacks and meals,
board & lodging shall be charged to HRTD/ Regional Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
7.
This Memorandum also serves as TRAVEL ORDER.
8.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
