Please be informed that the conduct of 2015 Metrobank-MTAP DepEd Math Challenge will be
on February 20, 2014 (Friday) from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Ecotech Training Center, Sudlon, Lahug,
Cebu City.
2.
To ensure successful conduct of the competition, the following identified DepEd Math
Supervisors/Coordinators are advised to report and facilitate with utmost responsibility to the assigned

A registration fee of Php 900.00 shall be collected from each participant to defray the cost of the
venue, food and other incidental expenses. First meal will be dinner of February 19,2015, and last meal
will be afternoon snacks of February 20,2015.
4.
Working committee members shall be given a one (1) day service credit.
5.
Travelling expenses, registration fee, per diem and other incidental expenses incurred by the
participants and the working committee members are chargeable against MTAP, MOOE, Local and other
source of funds subject to its availability, following the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
6.
Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
