Size:
The Eggmobile has a length of 7,5 cm (2,95 inches) and
the trailer has a length of 4 cm (1,6 inches)
Abbreviations:
ch - chain
st - stitch
R - round or row
sc – single crochet
Number x sc – the number tells you how many times you make a single crochet
(or a dc, hdc …) in each stitch
3sc – crochet three sc in one stitch
inc - crochet two sc in one stitch
dec – crochet two stitches together with a sc
rep - repeat all stitches until end of round
sl st - slip stitch
BLO – back loops only
FLO – front loops only
sc with color change: change the color on this sc (when you make this single crochet stitch, grab
the new color of your wool and pull it through the two loops on your hook).
Note:
Unless indicated otherwise, the parts are worked in rounds. You can start with 2 ch or make a
magic ring. The round should be marked with a thread.

1 x green, do not cut the green thread, because you keep on crocheting with this color.

For a better stability of the trailer bottom you can insert a piece of plastic or cardboard between
the crocheted parts. Measure the size of the crocheted bottom and cut out the shape. The plastic
or cardboard piece should be slightly smaller than the crocheted bottom.
Put the green part on the white and crochet them together with the following stitches:

To make the wheel stable, you need a piece of plastic or cardboard.
Take the size of the crocheted wheel you have made so far and transfer
the shape to your material. You need two pieces for one wheel.
Now you can tie the threads of the color change.

Insert one of the cut out pieces, stuff the wheel with a small amount of fiberfill and then insert the
second piece.

Finishing
Pin all the wheels carefully to the Eggmobile and the trailer and sew them. Take your time and
sew them carefully and make sure that the wheels on both sides are located parallel to each
other.
Now make a loop for the little car: Start in the back of the Eggmobile and
crochet with 2 threads:
7 x sc, close the chain with a sl st to the Eggmobile. Cut the thread and sew it.
For the trailer: Pull two threads through your
bead. Then insert your hook at the center of the
trailer and crochet with two threads 3 x sc, then
make the fourth sc and crochet the bead inside
the stitch. Cut the thread and sew it.
