event booked and taken at a PH Hotel over £3,000 get

THE REWARDS
Book and take an event at a PH Hotel before 31st
December 2015 worth the following and you can claim
Ticketmaster and Shopping vouchers to the values below:
• £3k-£4,999: £30 voucher
• £5k-£9,999: £60 voucher
• £10k-£19,999: £120 voucher
• £20k-£49,999: £250 voucher
• £50k-£99,999: £500 voucher
• £100k+: £1,000 voucher
*Please note reward levels are reached on business that is booked
and taken between 1st January – 31st December 2015. If the value
exceeds £3,000, Ticketmaster or High Street shopping vouchers will
be offered. You must redeem the full booking, claiming the relevant
voucher value stated. Please note that you can only claim your
reward after an event has taken place. There is no cash equivalent.
Additional terms and conditions apply. Claims are made at the end
of each quarter for events that have taken place within that quarter.

To be eligible for the scheme you must register at www.ph-festival.co.uk
Promotion is valid for events booked to take place before 31st December 2015 and cannot be accrued in
future periods.
Claims for events prior to 31st December 2014 have to be claimed by 31st December 2014 and cannot be
accrued in future periods
Existing registrants will automatically be carried over to the new scheme.
Any events that take place within the qualifying period but prior to registration will not be back dated
and will not be included
Vouchers are paid 3 monthly for all events that have taken place in the 3 months prior
Vouchers are awarded for the prize bracket they fall into. This is calculated by total revenue that has
been accrued that period with a minimum value of £3,000 per booking.
Vouchers will be rewarded for conference, training, function or meeting bookings only
This offer is for direct corporate bookings and for bookings via 3rd parties, however only one claim can
be made per individual booking
Vouchers will be issued after the event has taken place according to actual revenue generated
Any changes made to the value of the booking after the contract is signed will be checked and revised
once the event has taken place
No prizes will be issued to cancelled bookings or events that change dates outside of the above specified
date period above
This promotion is not in conjunction with any other offer from the PH Hotels Group
No cash alternative will be available
Agent members of the scheme may not be eligible for vouchers when enhanced commission agreements
are in place. In this scenario vouchers may be granted by PH Hotels at its sole discretion and no
discussion shall be entered into
Clients with commercial partnerships in place with PH Hotels are not eligible for PH Festival
