INSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION—Fee includes two admissions, two name badges, breakfast, lunch and breaks for two
individuals. Transfer of name badges is the responsibility of
the institution’s employees
STUDENT REGISTRATION—Reduced rate for students (MLT,
MT, SBB, nursing, residents or fellows) with a letter from the
program director verifying student status. Fee includes admission to all sessions, exhibits, breakfast, lunch and breaks
MISCELLANEOUS—If you need any special accommodations
