Objectives
This Team will:
Continue to monitor and evaluate the employee needs, attitudes and
preferences related to healthy workplace programs.
Further develop a healthy workplace plan based on the needs
assessment under the key elements of Nutrition, Active Living and
Prevention.
Define short-term and long-term goals for the attainment of a healthy
workplace.
Ensure strategic planning incorporates goals and objectives on
employee health & well-being.
Use a structured approach to evaluate objective attainment and
program success.
Act as promoters and communicators of the programs throughout the
organization.
