ALL STUDENTS

Yr 7 and 8 students doing the Math Olympiad are to go to room B13 lunchtime for practise on the following
days:
Week A – Thursday
Week B – Monday

Can all the student involved in MUNA please meet in the library Tuesday lunchtime for a short breifing. This is
both Evatt and Rotary MUNA. Thanks Ms McCall.

A reminder that the language logo competition has been extended until the end of the term. Any entries
must be put into the box at student reception or handed to a language teacher with your name, year &
mentor teacher. Remember to link it with the motto 'the limits of my language are the limits of my world.'
There's a $50 gift voucher up for grabs!

Could the following students come to chapel band rehearsal in the recital room at lunchtime today: Sam
Okely, Ryan Baker, Aika Hammond, Alanieta Kennedy, Ashleigh Mill, Grace Summerill and Caitlin Koloski

Just a reminder that there is Senior School Assembly Period 6 today in the IGC.
SPORT

If you would like to represent the school at the NASSA Netball Gala day (NOT Saturday Netball), please
attend trials on Tuesday 24th March (Week 9) on the Basketball Court. All girls must be in full sports uniform in
order to trial. Please bring your lunch and be prompt. This applies to girls in Years 7 – 12.

TAP Athletics Training is on tomorrow. Please be ready to leave the IGC carpark at 2:50pm.

CIS Swimming Carnival – 29 and 30 March - Can students attending the CIS Swimming Carnival please
collect a permission note from student reception.

All Co-curricular Sports will be cancelled next Tuesday 31st March due to Parent Teacher Interviews. Thanks.

Check out the NEW SPORTS OLLE PAGE! This will be your one stop shop for all sporting information and is
available to students and parents. Not all sports are fully functioning at the moment, however the pages for
upcoming sports are being populated daily. On each OLLE Page you will eventually be able to access
basic information about the sport, competition dates, training dates, photos, sports updates and special
achievements, you can also sign up and indicate your interest in playing that sport. If you have any
questions or any ideas on how we can improve the page, please see Ms Lane.

Our Co-curricular Sports selections for Term II will take place online on Friday, 27 March during Mentor
Sessions. Please make sure that you have discussed the new sport selections with your parents. All students
will sign up to either a sport or as an exemption.

THE ARTS

Senior choir is on today at lunchtime in the recital room. All students are welcome to attend.

Dramatix will be on Friday lunchtime backstage. This is a chance for all students to practise their drama
skills and make new friends. If you enjoyed what you saw at artsfest and would like to be involved come
along and try it out.

Choral8 will be on Friday morning in the music prac room at 8:00.

Can Miss McIntosh please see any of the students who were involved in their house drama at recess
today outside the arts office. Please be prompt.
YEAR 8

Ashleigh Mill and Grace Summerill, please come to MG1 at lunchtime today.
YEAR 9

Mrs McPhate’s History classes- your assessment task is due on Wednesday, week 9

Streamwatch training will be on Tuesday lunchtime. We will cover the chemical tests done last week for
those students who missed them.
YEAR 11

Mock Trial- meeting for the whole team in M14 on Tuesday.( New case comes out on Monday)

Could the following students please see Mrs Moore in the Chaplain’s Office at Recess or Lunch to discuss
their Community Service selections: Mitchell Ferguson, Asher Fitzgerald-Jansch, Nicholas Hilderson, Chloe
Kuiper, Kai Middleton, Kate Read, Oscar Stanis, Grace Ushindi and Mitchel Burke.

Can Padh please see Ms McCall in HG4 in his period 5 study period. Thanks.
