Partex Oil and Gas usual participation in trade fairs in the Middle East provides us with the opportunity not only to design and produce in Portugal their show stands, but to innovate each year by using interactive and immersive media such as virtual reality and motion detection installations. We also designed their institutional presentation using motion graphics, making Partex Oil and Gas one of the first Portuguese companies to use this medium. The visual concept brought together elements of Arab culture of these two countries and the graphics that mark all Partex Oil and Gas’ graphic pieces, creating a unique object in the company’s communication. Lisbon Project’s work ranges from creating and producing visual communication for adidas Point of Sale to developing multi-platform communication for events. W HAT WE D ID Website Invitation Telas de grande formato Stand decor 7 MS-GATEWAY WEBSITE BAY ER SYMPOSIUM INVITATION Lisbon Project developed the communication pieces relating to Bayer’s presence in the Congress of the Portuguese Society of Cardiology. The communication focused on the launch of a new brand - Adempas - on the market. In this way, a special die cutter was developed for the event invitation, which allowed the unveiling of this brand. 8 DESIGN E COMUNICAÇÃO SOICO GROUP M O ZA M B I QU E MOZEFO Lisbon Project singled out Mozambique as a strategic market and as a result founded the local company LSP Design e Comunicação. MOZEFO is a Mozambican forum aimed at stimulating the economic growth in an accelerated, inclusive and sustainable way for all Mozambicans, with the aim of becoming a forum of reference, with regional impact and international influence. This initiative aims to bring together all the relevant players in Mozambican society in a space of transformative debate. LSP was invited to develop the graphic identity, invitation, institutional brochure, decoration of the launch event, merchandising and website. Our approach to the project was the creation of a space that, in addition to allowing live TV and radio broadcasts during the fair, would reflect Soico Group’s positioning as one of the largest media groups in southern Africa. For that, the spaces were created with sectioned structures with the application of RGB LED strips with a modern and elegant design. In all our stands, more than a structure, we seek to develop an experience. 19 EPAL W ONE EPAL invited Lisbon Project to develop the design of its water leakage control interface system, WONE. WONE is a system that, based on the Implementation of monitoring and control areas (zmc) and on the analysis of the respective Flow and pressure data, allows processes to be combines and the integration of relevant information for network management and water losses control. The implementation of WONE, in a logic of active control of leakages, enables the cutting of unbilled water levels (NRW) in the Lisbon Distribution Network from 23.5%, in 2005, to 7.9%, in 2013, positioning EPAL in the elite group of the most efficient managing entities worldwide. The challenge was to create a monitoring user interface with an architecture and design that would efficiently maximise all the technology and knowledge of the WONE system, with the aim of making it a stand-alone software. 20 IVECO In 2009 Iveco Portugal celebrated its 25th anniversary in our country. Lisbon Project’s challenge was to create a logo and visual design for this event without losing its main brand identity. W HAT WE D ID Logo Visual identity Promotional material Motion graphics 21 IV EC O This new logo and visual identity went from a simple invitation to a motion graphics film and was used in their celebration event which took place in the Italian Embassy in Lisbon. 22 I LO UNI T ED N ATI O N S Lisbon Project works the communication of the International Labour Organisation, since 2007. From its newsletter to the communication of major international events, Lisbon Project has developed an institutional graphic line marked by humanised images of great impact, putting people at the centre of the ILO’s message. O QUE F IZ E M O S TV Ad Radio spot Motion Graphics Brochure Produção de grande formato 23 BROCHURA FORUM “DECENT WORK” MOTION GRAPHICS ILO - UNIT ED N ATIO N S “DECENT WORK” FORUM LISBOA 2008 The International Labour Organisation - United Nations - through its Portuguese delegation, organised the 2007 Forum on “Decent Work”, in Lisbon. Lisbon Project was selected to develop the entire visual communication for this event. The work involved the creation of a television advertisement, an interactive presentation and the development of all communication media such as brochures, signage and decorative pieces. The concept and the graphic design were supported by excellent multicultural images of people in their work environment. Innovative elements with a unique visual nature were used in the decoration of the event, fundamental to create a memorable atmosphere. 24 ILO - UNIT ED N ATIO N S NEWSLETTER Lisbon Project has been responsible, since 2001, for the ILO’s Newsletter design, in the print and digital editions. 25 EMEL EMEL, Empresa Pública Municipal de Mobilidade de Lisboa, chose Lisbon Project to develop a new subscription and to renew its image. From parking to street signage, Lisbon Project also developed a press and radio campaign to promote the new parking rates in the city. With the signature “EMEL – more mobility, better City”, the company intends to convey its new strategic line of action - the mobility in the city of Lisbon. MOTION GRAPHICS ADVE RTISING Lisbon Project has developed multimedia campaigns of which we highlight the one developed on the theme “Second Row Parking”. 27 SIGNAGE DESIGN E COMUNICAÇÃO HIDROELÉCTRICA DE CAHORA BASSA MOZ A M BI QU E ANNUAL REPORT 2013 In 2012 Lisbon Project defined Mozambique as a strategic market. Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa (HCB), Mozambique’s largest privately held company became our first client in the country. We designed and printed their 2012 financial and sustainability reports. We also developed the packaging of these brochures with premium finishings. This work had the importance of coinciding with HCB’s first year of 100% Mozambican management. The improved organisation of the information, giving priority to image, was the major guiding line of the project. This solution allows one to learn about the Zoo’s offer and all its actuality. The website has now more than 30,000 registered users who receive information through our customer newsletter. Our projects are developed and programmed inhouse by our own content manager, 100% ready for the integration into the different social networks and mobile platforms. The great challenge of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia website was the development of the web design and the content architecture, in order to intuitively include the vast information about the organisation, without losing the connection to the human factor. 32 SANTA CASA DE MISERICÓRDIA DE LISBOA (www.scml.pt) LOGOPLASTE Logoplaste is the 3rd biggest rigid plastic extrusion company in the world with 54 plants in 4 continents. The company develops plastic packaging for clients such as P&G, Danone, Yoplait, Heinz, etc In the present we are responsible for the Group’s internal magazine from its graphic design concept to the development of its contents. We designed their corporate presentation and website which we manage since 2003. During this time we developed websites, motion graphics, stand designs and interactive experiences focused on promoting one of Portugal’s most important sectors: It’s Tourism. In 2008 ITP won the “Best Stand Award” in the Feira International de Turismo of Lisbon. Attendance to the stand on this three day venue was the highest ever. The main goal was to achieve an effective visual impact that allowed a good reading in the supermarket line. This goal was conceptually achieved through a choice of bold typography and according to the disruptive tone of several references. The earth tones transversal to the full range ensure the representation of the Alentejo. Our job was to promote efficiently this new tool. Besides the Web support, a viral campaign was created with 3 teaser films sent to the 1.000 collaborators, in order to generate interest for a novelty still to be revealed. INTRANET At the launching date, each assistant had at his working place a leaflet explaining the new Intranet and a mouse pad. The utilization of the new Intranet increased 30%. Lisbon Project created an identity that identifies with values such as solidity and rigour, which emphasises its consultancy component. Lisbon Project created an identity that would accompany the company’s DNA in transforming spaces and environments. The visual identity was based on traditional portuguese elements - such as the iron balconies designs, and the tiles shapes. We were also responsible for the design, management and monitoring of the contents disseminated across the social network platforms, as well as the e-commerce platform design and development. The development of own content management tools, robust and with total integration with mobile environments was a investment that consolidated in medium and large-scale projects. The intuitive component and the simplicity of use combined with a good content architecture with great visual impact are fundamental axes in the development of each project. The solution integrates the declination for the different mobile operating systems (IOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry), such as the possibility of content sharing with social networks. Through a single login it is possible to manage all the general and specific information about each shop. These websites also have mobile versions for the most used operating systems (IOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry). The whole solution integrates with social networks.
