CAMBRIDGE NATIONALS, FSMQ, LEVEL 1 & 2 CERTIFICATE, LEVEL 2 AWARD, LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE EXAMINATIONS, PRINCIPAL LEARNING AND PROJECTS PROVISIONAL EXAMINATION TIMETABLE JANUARY 2016 www.ocr.org.uk Cambridge Nationals, FSMQ, Level 1 & 2 Certificate, Level 2 Award, Level 3 Certificate Examinations, Principal Learning and Projects Important Dates 21 October 2015: 10 December 2015: 10 January 2016: 10 January 2016: 2 March 2016: 3 March 2016: Receipt of final entries by OCR Deadline for the receipt of Cambridge Nationals coursework marks for visiting moderation Receipt of portfolio/coursework marks by OCR Receipt of examiner marked coursework and set assignments by the examiner Restricted release of results to centres only by A2C and OCR Interchange Release of results to candidates Provisional version of the timetable Leaving the examination Centres must ensure that candidates take OCR’s examinations at the times indicated on the timetable. In notifying candidates of the dates and times of their examinations, centres must not place reliance upon the provisional timetable which is provided for the purpose of consultation only. Timetable deviations The final version of the timetable will be published in June 2015. Candidates must remain under supervision until 10.00 am for morning examinations and until 2.30 pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour’s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the examination or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is later. If you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the alteration. Starting times of examinations The published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm. Exams Timetable Tool The exams timetable tool contains dates for OCR, AQA, Edexcel and WJEC examinations It is available via The Exams Office website, www.theexamsoffice.org and can be used to search, collate, export and print timetable information. Please note that you will need to be a member to access the information. Enquiries about membership for this site must be directed to The Exams Office directly and not the individual awarding bodies. Candidates with more than one examination in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session.
