REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS AND SIBLINGS
Dear Parents:
Please be guided by the following registration process:
1.
Submission of new applications is from March 29 – April 16, 2015 and can also be done
online via our school website.
2.
Entrance exams will be on the following dates:


April 4
April 11


April 18
April 25


3.
Entrance exam fee is SR500 and non-refundable.
4.
Conditions for acceptance are as follows:

a. Passing grade is 75% for each subject.
Subjects of Assessment:

Grades 2-6:
English/Math

Grade 7:
English/Math/Science

Grades 8-12:
English/Math/Chemistry/Physics/Biology
b. Student’s evaluation by the school psychologist.
c. Parent’s interview.
5.
In case of acceptance, parents have to pay registration and first semester fees in order to
ensure their children’s places.
6.
If parents do not comply with the dates assigned for registration, the student will lose his/her
enrollment status. In case student is re-enrolled, depending on availability, parents have to
pay the registration fees again of a newly enrolled student (SR4200).
7.
Another confirmation slip should be filled-in and submitted to accountant for seat
reservation on the bus.
