Friends of Scott and they’ll take care of you…no charge (for
patients)! You can find a Friar Tux location by calling
1-888-FRIARTUX, or see locations on the Invitation Flyer.
When should I return the tux and shoes?
Please remember to return the tux and shoes the next day on
Saturday, April 11th.
What about Flowers?
It’s easy! You don’t even have to order them! La Mesa Florist will
be providing corsages and boutonnieres for everyone attending
Prom. A variety of colors will be provided. All you have to do is
pick them up when you arrive at Prom.
Can my child leave the Prom before 11:00 p.m.?
Yes, but they must be signed out by an adult with an ID. If your
child decides to leave early, please check out with the security
guard at the front door.
What happens if I don’t check out?
We take each child’s safety very seriously. All guests check in
when they enter the Prom and check out if they leave early. If
you fail to notify the security guard of your early departure, you
will NOT be invited to another Friends of Scott event.
Are parents allowed into the Prom?
No, this is a special event for just the children and their guests!
(Would you have wanted your parents at your prom?) But don’t
worry; we’ll take lots of pictures!
What if my child needs medical attention during the
evening?
Doctors and nurses from Rady Children’s Hospital have
volunteered to attend the event to keep an eye on our guests.
