DELEGATE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS Registration and collection of the summit pass and pack by delegates will start from 815am morning on 7 April for the Congress and 9 April for the Masterclass. The programme will start at 9am sharp. To ensure a quick registration process, a Unique Registration Code (URC) is generated for each delegate. Please locate your registration code from the confirmation emails sent to you upon successful online registration. If unsure of your URC, please approach our enquiry counters. 4 The first letter of your registration code indicates the registration counter that you should queue to collect your conference pass and bag. Please kindly present both your registration code and business card (or any other identification cards) for our verification. For example, if your registration code is “B12P1”, the first alphabet of your code is “B”. It means you should present your registration code at the registration counter with a sign written: URC STARTING A-C If unsure, please kindly approach our friendly staff who will be more than glad to guide you to the correct registration counter on that day. GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Delegates are expected to wear their Summit passes at all times for security purposes. Delegates are required to register & collect their own Summit packs personally at the counters. Collection of the Summit passes and packages on behalf of other delegates are strictly not allowed. Reservations of seats are strictly not allowed. Videography of any sessions during the conference is strictly prohibited. Light photography is allowed but camera flashes must not be used within the theatre as it will pose as a distraction. EVENT DRESSCODE Delegates are expected to be in office attire (at least a long sleeve shirt and long pants for Men, ties are optional). Please take note that slippers, bermudas, singlets and shirts with offensive messages are strictly not allowed. The INTASE Management reserves the right to disallow event admission to any delegates with dressings that are deemed inappropriate by us. A sweater is optional as the room air-conditioning may be too cold for some. OUTSTANDING FEE PAYMENT (For Overseas Delegates only) For overseas delegates who have outstanding conference fees to be paid, please make your payment at the designated payment counters during the event. We only accept the Singapore Dollar cash in the exact amount due in your invoice. An official receipt will be issued to you upon receipt of payment. A late payment levy of 10% will be incurred on delegates who fail to pay during the conference. Delegates without this information can 5 approach the hotel reception counters for assistance. Delegates who missed the shuttle services at the stipulated timings have to arrange their own transport. WIFI The WIFI password will be announced by the emcee in the mornings. Due to the limitations of the WIFI network infrastructure and probable high Internet traffic, we sincerely apologise that there might be lag in Internet connectivity during the event. Delegates are encouraged to use their own 3G/4G data plan to access the Internet if this happens. Overseas delegates may want to purchase their own pre-paid data SIM cards to support their handheld devices. INTASE does not provide refunds for cancellations made more than 7 days after your registration is received, therefore the invoiced fee remains payable in full. Should you wish to cancel your registration within the 7 day cooling off period, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of SGD100 per person (GST inclusive). Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email. INTASE will issue receipt as proof to any delegate who is unable to attend and who has paid in full.
