Product Ingredients
Make a paste of Aachi Fish Fry Masala with required quantity of water and few drops of
lemon juice. Apply the paste on fish slices and keep it aside for 20mins. Deep fry the
fish pieces in cooking oil with medium flame. No need to add salt. Now tasty Aachi Fish
Fry is ready to serve hot. This masala may also be used to prepare yam.

Fish – 500g
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tsp
Oil – 500 ml
Aachi Fish Fry Masala – 50g
Preparation Method
1) Clean and wash the fish.
2) Make a paste of Aachi Fish Fry Masala with required quantity of water and lemon
juice.
3) Marinate the fish pieces with the paste and keep aside for two hours.
4) Deep fry the marinated fish pieces in cooking oil till golden brown.
5) There is no need to add salt.
6) Fish fry is ready-to-serve.
