Tomatoes – 300g (Medium size : 3 nos.) Onions – 300g (Medium size : 3 nos.) Coconut paste – 40 g (2 ¾ tbsp) Oil – 100 ml (6 ½ tbsp) Green chillies – 3 Water – 500 ml Salt – required quantity Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste – 60g (4 tbsp) Egg Curry Masala – 50g Preparation Method 1) Boil eggs and remove the shells. 2) Heat oil in a cooking pan (kadai), fry chopped onions till golden brown and saute Aachi ginger garlic paste for 3 minutes. 3) Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, cook for sometime, add Aachi Egg Curry Masala and cook till oil seperates from the masala. 4) Add water, salt, bring to a boil on medium flame, add cococnut paste and cook till it reaches thick consistency. 5) Finally add slit boiled eggs and remove from fire.
