Pizza Shells (Tomanettis®)
INGREDIENTS: Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin
mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, olive pomace oil, yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate), soybean
oil (soybean oil, lecithin, dimethylpolysilxane, TBHQ, and citric acid), salt (salt, yellow prussiate of soda),
sugar, calcium proprionate, bromelain.
Pizza Sauce (Old California®)
INGREDIENTS: Fresh Vine-ripened California tomatoes, corn syrup, soybean oil, salt, spices, dehydrated
garlic, citric acid.
Shredded Natural Five cheese Pizza Blend (Sysco®)
INGREDIENTS: low moisture mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), low
moisture part skim mozzarella cheese, (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes),
unsmoked provolone cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), grated parmesan cheese
(pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), grated Romano cheese (pasteurized part skim cow’s
milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose to prevent caking, natamycin to protect flavor.

INGREDIENTS: Enriched bromated bleached flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin,

than 2% of each of the following: yeast, sugar, wheat flour, salt, dextrose, calcium propionate
