Rich Mirman was named publisher of the Register and The Press-Enterprise in the Inland Empire late last year and recently expanded his responsibilities as CEO and President of the newspapers’ parent company, Freedom Communications. In the wake of a bold expansion led by former Freedom CEO and Register publisher Aaron Kushner, Mirman is now focused on serving Freedom’s core markets in Orange County and Inland Empire, while preserving the quality of the area’s largest news-gathering operation.
