The ttcs.uni programme covers all functional areas of SAP solutions provided by TTCS including SAP Financials, Logistics, Human Capital Management, Analytics as well as database and technology. Business Skills Being an SAP consultant requires, beyond SAP skills, excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. The ttcs.uni graduate programme stimulates the development of these skills through numerous challenge activities throughout the course of the programme. Skills incubation is fundamentally spanned across 12 months, afterwhich the expectation is that participants will be competent enough to operate as fully capable SAP consultants. Constant training and skills upgrading are core areas of employee professional development, so even after successfully completing initial training, junior consultants undertake in-house training in their areas of specialisation. SAP Specialisation Areas SAP is broad, and SAP consultants typically specialise in one or two functional areas. Broadly speaking, these are compartmentalised into SAP Financials, Logistics, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, databases and technology. ttcs.uni Campus Invasions Twenty Third Century Systems is coming to a university near you! Knowledge, in this mode, is transferred via both coaching and mentorship. On-the-job coaching involves practical training relating especially to SAP skills development through experiential learning. On the other hand, mentorship is the complementary form of resource developing which involves guided mapping of the trainees’ success, professionally and personally. This process largely involves career mapping and consultancy skills development. The mentorship stage goes beyond the one-year lifetime of the skills training to ensure constant development at all stages in the working life at TTCS.
