in a Long Term Care Setting
The Long Term Care Ombudsman will be at the
Senior Center café on Wednesday, April 29, from
1:00 PM to 2:00 PM to present valuable information on residents’ rights. What they are and how
to access them should you find yourself or a loved
one in a Long Term Care situation. A delicious
dessert will also be provided by Riverside
Healthcare and The Village at Buckland Court.

AARP Chapter 1101’s next monthly meeting will be
Wed., April 1, at 1:00 PM in the Senior Center
Café. We have programs of interest and important
information for seniors. On April 1st, we will have
Attorney Steven Brown, a partner in the Windsor law
firm of Johnson, Dowe, Brown & Barbarotta, LLC,
bring you expert information on how to choose an
attorney and how to keep important paperwork (i.e.,
wills, trusts, titles, deeds, insurance, etc.) organized
and available for future reference. There will be time
for questions and answers, as well. All are welcome to
this informative meeting and refreshments and a raffle
