Gataraye Research and Training Centre has the pleasure to inform you that your application to join
the centre was approved, and you are among students who will be pursuing a course in the field

academic year ……………….. upon fulfilling the following laid down requirements. The academic year

As joining instructions you are strongly advised to meet and
observe the following conditions:
1.
You are required to report for studies on the date to be communicated to you
some two weeks before the start of the semester. After reporting you will undergo
a mandatory two days orientation. Note that failure to report within 15 days after
the opening day, will result in allocating your position to other students on the
waiting list.
2. Ensure that tuition fees amounting to Tsh.1,800,000/= is paid to Gataraye Research
and Training Centre through CRDB Bank a/c. no: 0150450248100.These fees can be
paid in a single payment or two equal semester installments. No student will be
allowed to register and continue with semester studies if tuition payments are not
settled. You are also required to pay in full, in addition, money needed to cover ID
and registration, caution money , school uniform , Examination fees , money for a
rim of paper,

ACCOMODATION AT THE CENTRE`S HOSTEL: The centre will provide only bed and
mattress. You will be required to pay a monthly rent of Tsh.50,000/= to cover the
room, piped water and electricity. Food is not included in the said rent.
As part of registration , all students will be required to commit themselves to abide
to the Centre`s rules and regulations from time to time by signing a prescribed
decree.
Note that, paid fees will not be refunded if a student withdraws/is expelled from the
Centre for whatever a reason.
