baking. In this mini recipe book, you can find various kinds of foods that can be
prepared by using stevia.

Stevia Recipe
Sour & Spicy Fish / Asam Pedas Ikan
350 gm dried chilies
7 cloves garlic
3 shallots
2 cm piece galangal
1 stem lemon grass
5 kaffir lime leaves
5 sprigs polygonum leaves(daun kesum)
10 gm belacan
1 liter tamarind juice
2 tsp salt
2 tsp turmeric powder or 2 cm piece fresh turmeric
1 shallots for stir fry
160 gm cooking oil for stir fry
150 gm tamarind paste
6 pieces fish
1 tsp StebianA Stevia
Method:
1. Mix garlic, onions, turmeric and belacan with chili paste, decant oil and stir fry until crisp.
2. Put a stem lemon grass, galangal and lime leaves into the pot. Add 2 teaspoon of salt and 1
teaspoon of StebianA Stevia leaves.
3. Add tamarind juice. Once boiling, add ladyfingers or eggplant. Next, put the fish and can be
serve after cooking.
Stevia Recipe
Prawn Sambal
1/4 kg prawn
2 cups dried chilis ( blended )
3 cm belacan ( shrimp paste )
4 large onions (2 pieces for blended, 2 pieces cut into
cubes)
6 cloves garlic
1 cup tamarind juice
2 large onion
1 cup corn oil
Method:
1. Fry chopped onion until golden.
2. Then add the chili paste ( shrimp paste, garlic, onion, tamarind juice, and diced onion.
3. Pour 2 tsp of salt, 1 teaspoon of GreenVia Stevia leaves .
4. Wait until boiling, and add shrimp.
5. Stir until cooked and serve.
Stevia Recipe
Chicken Rendang
1 whole chicken, chopped into 12 pieces
and fried
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
2 stalks lemon grass
7 kaffir lime leaves
1 liter thick coconut milk
30 dried chillies, soaked and ground
2 cm piece fresh turmeric
1 cup grated coconut (use the white part only), dry fried for kerisik
10 cloves garlic
6 shallots
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp GreenVia StebianA Stevia leaves
Method:
1. Put the coconut milk into pan. Put lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, chilli, garlic,
onions and turmeric (all of this spices should be grounded first). Then, put chili paste.
2. Stir well the coconut milk and spices.
3. Next, add 2 tsp of salt and 1 1/2 tsp of GreenVia StebianA Stevia leaves.
4. Bring to a low boil. After it has boiled, lower the heat and simmer until the gravy turns
thick. Keep stirring to prevent sticking.
5. Add fried chicken when the gravy is thick enough and oil rises to the top.
6. Add kerisik.
7. Mix well.

Chicken Curry
1.5–1.7 kg chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces
150 gm curry powder
10 cloves garlic
5 shallots
2 cm piece ginger
4 cm piece cinnamon stick
4 cardamoms
2 star anise
1 cup coconut milk
3 tomatoes, quartered
5 potatoes, quartered
5 stalks curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp GreenVia StebianA Stevia leaves
Method:
1. Grind garlic and ginger to make the paste. Then, add curry powder and water in a small
bowl and mix it.
2. Stir fry chopped shallots, cinnamon stick, cardamoms and star anise.
3. Then add curry paste, garlic and ginger. Stir fry until crisp. Add 1 cup of water and
potatoes.
4. When the curry is half cooked, add chicken and coconut milk and cook until the
chicken become tender. Next, add tomatoes and curry leaves.
5. Lastly, add GreenVia StebianA Stevia leaves and salt.

Strawberry Jam (Mulberry/BlueBerry, etc)
200 gm fresh strawberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
10-15 sachet SureVia Stevia (according to your preferred
level of sweetness)
30 ml water
Method:
1. Put the strawberries and add water into the pot.
Stir over low heat.
2. Cooked until the fruits crushed and the jem
became thick. Add the lemon juice and SureVia
Stevia. Then, let the mixture cooled for 10 minutes
and after that transfer it into a jar or a bottle.
Sweet Corn Pudding
200 gm sweet corn paste
3 eggs
2 cup cornflour
3 tsp butter
1 cup coconut milk
10 sachet SureVia Stevia
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix well the eggs, coconut milk and flour in a bowl. Add salt and 10 sachet of SureVia
Stevia.
2. Heat the oven. Apply butter in the cooking container.
3. Bake the mixture with 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

SureVia Banana Cup Cakes
Ingredients A
250 gm butter
10 sachet SureVia
1 tsp orange paste
1 tsp Banana Essence
7 egg yolks
200 gm banana
230 gm self-raising flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Ingredients B
280 gm white egg
1/4 tsp tartar cream
6 sachet SureVia
Method:

1. Beat in butter, SureVia, orange paste and banana essence until light and fluffy.
2. Add york, one by one and mix well.
3. Put the banana and stir. Then, leave it for a moment.
B
1. In other bowl, beat in white egg, tartar cream and SureVia untill light and fluffy.
2. Add in dough A and stir well.
3. Put the dough into the paper cup.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until well risen and golden. Cool on
wire racks.
5. Sprinkle the surface with a little SureVia.

SureVia Doughnut
500 gm high protein flour
10 sachet SureVia
10 gm salt
7 gm yeast
15 gm milk powder
1 egg
250 ml water
50 gm shortening / butter

Put all dry ingredients into the mixer.
Mix well slowly.
Then, add egg and water.
Next, to make sure that the dough is mix well, do the membran test.
Then, add shortening.
Stir the dough slowly for several minutes until the dough looks shining.
Take out the dough and cover with damp tea-towel and leave aside to proof for 60
to 90 minutes or until it doubles in size.
8. Knead dough on a lightly-floured board for a minute. Roll out dough to 3/4 cm
thickness. Stamp out with a doughnut cutter with the size preferred.
9. Leave aside the dough to rise for 25 to 30 minutes.
10. Heat oil (160C)and deep-fry doughnuts till they puff up and turn golden brown.
11. Leave the doughnut to cool and then sprinkle it with SureVia.
Stevia Recipe
Stevia Lemonade
1 liter water
400 ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
3 sachet SureVia Stevia
Method:
1. Put lemon juice and SureVia Stevia in a heavy-based saucepan.
Bring to simmer over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally
for about 8–10 minutes. Pour in the water and give it a stir. Cook
for an extra 5–6 minutes or until the syrup comes to a boil
again.
2. Adjust the flavour to taste. Set aside to cool completely, then
transfer to a jug, cover and refrigerate. Add crushed ice to the
lemonade when serving the drink.
Banana in Sweet Sauce ( Pengat Pisang)
500 ml water
200 gm banana (nangka type), peeled and sliced
200 ml thick coconut milk
1/2 tsp GreenVia StebianA Stevia leaves
50 gm sago pearls
Salt to taste
2 pandan leaves
Method:
1. Boil the water and add the sago pearls and pandan leaves. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring
continuously to separate the sago and prevent them from settling at the bottom of the
pot.
2. Add banana into the pot.
3. Next, put 1/2 teaspoon of GreenVia StebianA Stevia leaves and salt.
4. Add coconut milk. Stir over a medium flame until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove
from heat. Serve warm.

Stevia Chicken Rice
Ingredients for rice:
4 mug of rice
4 1 / 2 mug of chicken broth
2 inch ginger *
3 cloves garlic *
3 stalks spring onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 pandan leaves
4 tablespoons butter
Ingredients for chicken marinated:
1 whole chicken
3 cloves garlic *
1 inch ginger *
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of GreenVia Stevia
Ingredients for soup:
Water
4 cloves garlic
3-inch chopped ginger
3 stalks spring onion
1 water chestnut diced
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
Ingredients for chilli sauce:
10/15 small chillies
6 red chillies
Ginger
5 / 6 cloves garlic
1 lime
Chicken broth
Salt and GreenVia Stevia
Ingredients for soy sauce:
5 small chillies
Ginger
4 / 5 cloves garlic
Soy sauce
Chicken broth
Corn flour mixed with water
Preparation for chicken rice:
1. Heat the rice cooker and add butter. Then add the blended ingredients* and cook until
fragrant. Then add onion and pandan leaves. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir briefly,
then add rice, salt and chicken stock. Cook the rice.
Preparation for marinated chicken:
1. Put the chicken into a large container. Add the blended ingredients and all other
ingredients. Mix well and leave for half hour. Once marinated, deep-fry until the chicken is
cooked.
Preparation for chicken soup:
1. Heat the remaining broth mixture and add water chestnut and ground pepper. To flavor
the soup, add chicken cubes, salt and seasoning.
Preparation for chilli sauce:
1. Put all the blended ingredients and cook until boiling.
Preparation for soy sauce:
1. Blend all ingredients except corn flour. Then heat the pan and add the blended
ingredients. Cook until boiling and add the corn flour mixed with water and soy sauce to
make the sauce thickens.
