STEVIA
Stevia is a herb derived from the Stevia
Rebaudiana plant that originated in South
America. Stevia is a natural sweetener and
it allows the amount of cane sugar in food
products to be reduced or removed entirely.
It does have a longer lingering sweetness
note, which is different from cane sugar.
