JUCE - March 2015

JUCETV MONTHLY REPORT
It has been another full and exciting month at JUCETV.
Following our week of live JUCETV Praise the Lord
episodes simulcast on both TBN and JUCE TV, where
we dedicated and launched our new JUCETV set &
studio, I left for Nashville to attend NRB and also
produce some specials while in town. While at NRB I
was asked, like in years past, to sit on one of the NRB
panels, where during a four-hour session, I represented
TBN and listened to over thirty different producers and ministries pitch their projects and seek input
from Christian media leaders. The rest of the week I had multiple meetings with current and
prospective programmers for both JUCETV, TBN and SOAC. I also met with Roger Lonnquist who
owns six different television stations that are all affiliated with JUCETV. Roger told me positive
stories he has heard from viewers in the community
and plans to better engage the communities where he
has JUCETV stations moving forward.
While in Nashville, the Trinity Music City (TMC)
production crew assisted us in taping two comedy
specials I directed. The specials were named Comedy
Night at Music Village. The TMC production crew did
a great job having everything in order when I arrived
and we were able to tape the shows straight though,
free of any technical issues. The specials were
emceed by comedian Bone Hampton and featured
several prominent comedians, who are all serving
Christ while pursuing their professional career.
After the launch of the new JUCE set, we also hosted an open house for several local churches and
colleges. We let them know that the purpose of JUCETV and the new set is to give a stronger platform
to the many ministries and organizations we desire to partner with to present the Gospel to today’s
youth and culture as a whole.

JUCETV MONTHLY REPORT
We continue to tape XVZ, TX10, Rewind and had two high profile guests on Hot Off the Press this
month: actor Juan Pablo Di Pace, who plays Jesus in the new NBC mini-series AD The Bible
Continues; and Nickelodeon star and Christian Jaheem Toombs. Between California and Nashville, we
taped two Real Videos this month. We also covered the Red Carpet premiere of the new movie Do You
Believe?, Pureflix Entertainment’s follow-up to the hit movie God’s Not Dead. We also taped four new
episodes of Top3.

A few of our on-air talents have been transitioning, some moving out of the
Southern California area and others accepting new jobs as anchors at different
secular broadcast stations. We have been busy auditioning new potential
JUCE hosts! This past month we conducted auditions and call-backs for
several possible hosting positions.
Cathy Kelley
While we are still in the process of making selections for hosts, we have begun
working with a young lady named Cathy Kelley who formerly worked as a
reporter and host at ABC affiliate WOI-DT TV in Iowa and has moved to Los
Angeles to further pursue her career. While in LA she was invited to a Judah
Smith Bible study where she got saved over a year ago and is now passionate
about her faith. Starting in April, Cathy will be the new host for Hot Off the
Press.
