Experience 4-5 Years relevant Experience Roles and Responsibilities 1. Providing psychosocial counseling services to identified GBV survivors. 2. Provide GBV survivors with decision making support and facilitate them in enhancing self-determination. 3. Assuring appropriate reporting of vulnerability or suspected abuse as mandated by law with the consent of the GBV survivor. 4. Responsible for leading the implementation of life skills sessions with IDP adolescent girls. 5. Work closely with project coordinator to ensure all trainings are appropriately planned resourced and implemented. 6. Responsible for ensuring that all information sessions and life skills trainings are implemented according to times appropriate for participants, are of quality and completed in a timely manner. 7. Responsible for ensuring activities are implemented in a safe and comfortable environment for participants. 8. Observes, reports and documents survivors’ interaction among peers, staff and the community as it relates to survivors individual treatment goals. 9. Models appropriate behavior for the survivors in and out of the Center. 10. Responsible for initiating, overseeing and ensuring proper use of referral pathways. 11. Assist survivors in accessing legal, health and other relevant services. 12. Ensures provision of transportation and supervision during access to relevant services. 13. Maintains the confidentiality of program clients at all times. 14. Responsible for overseeing selection and training of mentors and implementation of life skills curricula. 15. Responsible for maintaining all data related to GBV survivors. 16. Responsible for identifying gaps in services or risks shared by survivors and report these to the project coordinator for advocacy purposes. Job Opportunity at PAIMAN Alumni Trust 17. Responsible for documentation of all programme activities in a timely and appropriate manner. 18. Assist the project coordinator in preparing monthly work plans and reports. 19. Responsible for setting up and maintaining case files and ensuring all required documents in individual case files is completed in a timely manner and according to confidentiality guidelines. 20. Review documents for completeness, accuracy and clarity of documentation submitted by case managers. 21. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting against indicators relevant to the position. 22. Attend fortnightly staff meetings to discuss planning and progress of the project. 23. Responsible for ensuring compliance with GBV guiding principles. 24. Participate in committees, clusters, task forces and work group as needed. 25. Maintain professional relationship with service providers and internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities for improvement.
