It is
hereby notified for the information of all the concerned that the
B.Tech.(Chem.Engg./Bio.Tech) ( Main & Backlog ) and Suppl. examinations will be
conducted from 11-05-2015 The detailed Time Table will be issued in due course.

The schedule for payment of Examination Fee and submission of
examination Application Form is as follows:
i) Last date for Examination Fee:
25-04-2015
ii) Examination Fee:
Rs.970/(For any number of papers)
The Colleges maintaining their account with the branches of State Bank of
Hyderabad (SBH) OR any other bank are required to deposit the consolidated
amount in any branch of SBH for Credit into “Registrar, Examination Fee Fund
A/c No.52198262033” and can obtain a receipt from the bank and submit the
same
to the Examination Branch along with Examination forms on
or
before 28-04-2015.
Application Forms submitted after 28-04-2015 will have to pay a penal
fee of Rs. 1000/- per day.
NOTE:
1. The students are advised to enclose Xerox copies of their Memo of marks of
previous examinations attested by the College Principal concerned. The
Principal is requested to send all the examination application forms online
through college login.
2 As a part of the Core Banking System, all the students are here by instructed
to deposit the examination fee into their respective College Account only for
onward Transmission to the University by the College.
3. The Principal is requested to send the subject-wise data without which the
examination forms will not be accepted.
4. The Principal is requested to verify the eligibility of the students thoroughly
and forward the same to this office for the issue of Hall Ticket. If failed to
verify the eligibility of the candidates, the principal is held responsible for the
issue of Hall Ticket by this office to the non-eligible candidates.
5. The students of IV Year/II Sem. have to Pay Rs.350/- for Consolidated
Memo , and Rs.60/- for Provisional Certificate along with IV Year –II Sem.
examination fee.

Examination for I &II–Semester (Backlog.) Bridge Course for the Diploma
students of C.B.I.T. College admitted to B.Tech.(Chem.Engg.) II Year under
Lateral Entry Scheme, will be conducted from the Second week of June The
detailed time table will be issued in due course.
