A serious incident has just occurred at your workplace. Now what? When a
worker is injured on the job, the employer is automatically considered guilty
until they can prove their due diligence. Currently in Manitoba, an average of
one company is successfully prosecuted every four weeks! Recent fines have
reached $187,500 and these organizations are left with a permanent criminal
record.

this very special event you will learn the intimate details of what it takes to
prepare an incident investigation to minimize legal fallout and repercussions.
