How to create Incident message from SAP GUI
To create Incident from SAP GUI
Step 1: Click on Help and Select Create Support Message
Step 2: Enter the title of the incident in the Short Text field and detailed description of the incident in
the Long Text field. Choose the priority level according to the importance of the incident.

Step 3: To add the attachment click on the button marked in Red and then select the file to be attached.
Step 4: Click on the send button to save the Incident created
