Christian Kofoed Jakobsen
CFO for ISS in the Nordics
Prior to joining ISS Christian Kofoed
Jakobsen was raised in the banking sector,
latest being in ABN AMRO Bank NV with
roles within International Project Finance
and Structured Finance and global account
manager for large international Scandinavian
companies. Christian joined ISS in 2004 as Group
Treasurer and between 2010-2012 he acted as the CEO
of Saxo Bank developing their Private Banking franchise.
He then re-joined ISS where he holds his present position
as Regional CFO for the Nordic Region.

Practice Leader for Business
Process Services (BPS)
Gajen Kandiah has been building
IT businesses within multinational
corporations and startups for over two
decades. As head of Business Process
Services (BPS), Kandiah is accelerating the
growth of the BPO business, developing services and
solutions leveraging the synergies between ITO and BPO,
and extending Cognizant’s capability as a provider of
Business Services Automation and Management solutions.
Prior to this and other senior roles at Cognizant, Kandiah
was Vice President of the Internet Services business for
Cambridge Technology Partners and the co-founder of
NerveWire, Inc. (acquired by Wipro).
