2015 Booth Agreement
The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend any actions against the Walla
Walla Union-Bulletin, the City of Walla Walla, Columbia REA, and any other sponsor from and
against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of the participation in the Fourth of July Celebration
in the Park, including stolen or damaged possessions.

Space is limited to 125 booths, 40 of which have electricity. Registration is based on firstcome/first-serve basis, and NO EXCLUSIVITY WILL BE GRANTED.

2015 Booth Agreement
Please Note:
Spaces are no smaller than 10’ wide (at the booth front) by 15’ deep. You may request a
specific site in the park and every effort will be made to meet your request and arrange
your square footage as requested, if at all possible. On the enclosed map, place an “X” by
the approximate park location, or general area of preference, or designate the actual
number, if known, and return with this form.
THERE WILL BE NO SPACE MOVEMENT AFTER ASSIGNMENT. All booth
attachments/trailer tongues must be in this space. Should you require more than one
space, please specify required space needed and submit fee according to number of
spaces required. (e.g. two arts and crafts spaces = 2 x $110, or $220).

NOTE: Food vendors must make their own arrangements with the Walla Walla County Health
Department for a food permit well in advance of the event and provide a copy of the permit or
other permission.
