Paganini is a family-owned Irish company. Founded in 1990 by Tomas Murphy who
began making ice cream using a classic Italian recipe on his dairy farm in Wexford, the
company today makes a full range of premium ice cream and desserts.
Paganini uses the highest quality dairy ingredients including fresh Irish cream, whole
milk and cream cheese in the making of our ice cream and cheesecakes. Our gateaux and
pastries are made with fresh eggs from Wexford and our traditional range of apple pies
and crumbles are made with Bramley apples from Co. Armagh
