One of the key services offered by the client’s Software PSO Strategy & Solutions team is business process re-engineering and optimization.” Problem Statement The strategic planning team proposed to migrate their existing business processes from the current tool to Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect. The transformation involves re-designing the vast repository built over a decade and also train the field consultants on the new methodologies and practices. A key challenge in this initiative is that the downtime (if any) is too expensive and could cause loss of significant revenue or even loss of business.
