Solutions team is business process re-engineering and optimization.”
Problem Statement
The strategic planning team proposed to migrate their existing
business processes from the current tool to Sparx Systems
Enterprise Architect. The transformation involves re-designing
the vast repository built over a decade and also train the field
consultants on the new methodologies and practices. A key
challenge in this initiative is that the downtime (if any) is too
expensive and could cause loss of significant revenue or even
loss of business.

modelers and field engineers to ascertain the complexity
of the change.

initiate the transformation.
