Dr. Lou Priolo is a graduate of Calvary Bible College and Liberty University. He is the author of
several books including The Heart of Anger, The Complete Husband,Teach Them Diligently, Getting a Grip, Picking Up the Pieces and Pleasing People. In addition to his books, Lou has
dozens of recordings extrapolated from his twenty-seven years of lectures, teaching and preaching.
He is the editor of the Resources for Biblical Living series of booklets dealing with numerous counseling issues. Lou is a Fellow in the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and an instructor
with the Birmingham Theological Seminary. He travels frequently throughout the United States and
abroad training pastors, laymen, and fellow counselors. Since 1998 he has been the Director of
Biblical Counseling at Eastwood Presbyterian Church, Montgomery, Alabama, and has recently
started the counseling ministry at Valleydale Baptist Church in Birmingham.
Rev. Donn Arms is the Executive Director of the Institute for Nouthetic Studies
(www.nouthetic.org) which he founded with Dr. Jay Adams. He is a Fellow with ACBC (formerly
NANC) and an instructor at the Redeemer Biblical Counseling Training Institute in Moore, South
Carolina. He has a B.A from a Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa, an M.A.B.S. from Northwest Baptist Seminary in Tacoma, Washington. He is finishing work on a D.Min. at Mid-America
Baptist Seminary where he has occasionally taught in the area of Nouthetic counseling. Donn has
pastored churches in Iowa and Florida.
Dr. Howard Eyrich—Pastor of Counseling Ministries at Briarwood Presbyterian Church, Birmingham, AL. He is the Director of Biblical Counseling at Birmingham, Theological Seminary and
Chairman of the AABC Governing Leadership Team. He is author of Three to Get Ready, Call to
Christian Patriotism, co-author of Curing the Heart: A Model for Biblical Counseling , Totally Sufficient, and a contributing author of Paul the Counselor.
Dr. David Tyler- President of the American Academy of Biblical Counselors. He is the Director
of Gateway Biblical Counseling and Training Center in Fairview Heights, IL., Dean of the Biblical
Counseling Department of Master’s International School of Divinity in Evansville, IN., and an adjunct instructor at Calvary Bible College and Theological Seminary. He is the Author of Jesus

Dr. Dennis Frey— President of Master’s International School of Divinity in Evansville, Indiana
and Chairman of the AABC Advisory Leadership Team. He is a former pastor and founder of a biblical counseling center in St. Louis Missouri. He is the author of Biblical Directionism: A Biblical Approach to Counseling Methodology.
Dr. Bill Hines— President of Covenant Ministries in Ft. Worth, TX and member of the
AABC Advisory Leadership Team. He is the author of Leaving Yesterday Behind: A Victim
No More, co-author of Curing the Heart: A Model for Biblical Counseling, The Pursuit of Perfection and co-editor and contributing author of Paul the Counselor .
