Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships
in Orlando, FL or the West Coast Championships in Las Vegas, NV.
*Winning teams in age divisions with 12 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships or the
West Coast AAU Championships. In divisions with less than 12 teams, the entry fee will be discounted. All teams must register for the event by the
appropriate deadline. The National and West Coast Championships are open to any team, no qualifying required. For complete rules and

This event is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable). Visit
www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).
Membership is not included in the event entry fee.
BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow up to
10 days for membership to be processed.

Please complete a separate entry form for each team you are entering. Entry fees for all teams can be combined
on one check. Entry fee for the Utah Grand Prix is $300. Entry fee for the Utah Super Regional is $350. Seven
matches for each team. Certified R1 referee will work every match. Boys and Age waivers are not allowed in
Grand Prix or Super Regionals girls’ divisions. Schedule subject to change. Entry deadline is three weeks before
each tournament. Number of teams may be limited based on number of courts available so please enter early.
