Mr. Daniel Ingram
Head of Responsible Investment for the BT Pension Scheme (BTPS)
With over a decade of global corporate governance and sustainable development
experience, Daniel’s current role involves spearheading responsible investment
activities at the UK’s largest corporate retirement plan (£40bn).
In his previous role as a senior corporate governance analyst at Hermes Investment
Management, Daniel successfully engaged with the boards of the world's largest
corporations to encourage more sustainable business strategies and better reporting.
As a recent graduate Daniel was selected to join the prestigious UK civil service,
working for Her Majesty’s Treasury as a policy analyst on a number of seminal
reports including the Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change and Prime
Minister Tony Blair’s Commission for Africa.
Daniel holds a post-graduate diploma in sustainable leadership from the University
of Cambridge, the CFA institute’s Investment Management Certificate and a first
class honours degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

Ms. Faith Ward
Chief Responsible Investment and Risk Officer,
Environment Agency Pension Fund (EAPF)
Faith’s whole career has been dedicated to integrating and reporting on
environmental, social and governance risks in finance and investment.
Initially focusing on the accounting and company law, she has been with the
Environment Agency Pension Fund Management Team for the last 12 years. Faith
leads engagement with the fund management industry and is involved in industry
wide initiatives to improve standards in responsible investment, corporate
engagement and fund governance and reporting.
In particular, Faith is currently Co-chair of the Reporting and Assessment Steering
Committee for the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment. Faith is also
responsible for co-ordinating the risk and governance for the Fund as a whole and is
the EAPF lead supporting the South West and National Frameworks.

Mr. Tony Hay
Publisher, Responsible Investor
Tony has worked in financial publishing for more than 25 years. Prior to co-founding
Responsible Investor with Hugh Wheelan in 2007, Tony was a key member of the
team which launched Investment & Pensions Europe magazine (IPE) in 1997 where
he was a board member, sales director and publisher of IPE.com. He also launched
the IPE European Pension Funds Awards and created IPE-Quest.com, a manager
search tool utilised by European pension funds and investment consultants.
Previously, Tony had worked in advertisement sales for national newspapers and
consumer finance magazines from 1985 to 1989 when he moved to Spain to work as
a freelance financial journalist writing for local English language magazines as well as
the Daily Telegraph and the South China Morning Post. On returning to the UK in
1994 he joined Centaur Communications as Sales Director on the trade journal
International Money Marketing. Tony is based in London, England.
