AND, Investor “INVESTOR” Name: RODOLFO AGUADO ALDAY Address: C/O RESORT WORLD MANILA Contact#: ___________________ For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, this Letter of Agreement is entered effective this MAY 25 , 2015: Definitions 1. “FUND MANAGER” and “Company” refer to the company, ONE UBUNTU BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CO. 2. “INVESTOR” refers to the person who invested an amount to the company that will be used in stock market business as referred to section 3 of this agreement. 3. “INVESTMENT AMOUNT” means the total amount equal to FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS Philippine Pesos ( PHP 50,000 ) invested to the company. 4. “PERCENTAGE INCOME PER MONTH” is 20% per month valid for a two month lock-in period of the investment amount period beginning on May 25 , 2015 and ending on July 25, , 2015. 5. “MATURITY RETURN PAYMENT” means the amount earned by the investment amount subject to section 3 of this agreement. 6. “Lock in Period” means the total number of months that the investment amount cannot be withdrawn or terminated. This usually is a two month period commencing on the date of this letter of agreement as stipulated above. 7. “Risk Free” this means that the total investment amount is risk free and the investor is hereby guaranteed by the company to receive the full investment amount plus the maturity return payment stipulated in sections 3 and 4. 8. “Post-dated check” is issued by the investee upon the agreement of both parties to enter into this contract. The checks will be in two separate amounts: first, the percentage income on the 1st month and second is the percentage income on the second month plus the investment amount. 9.“Termination” means the right of Investee/Fund Manager to terminate this agreement by notification of his {her}intent to do so to the investor and by payment of the investment amount and pro-rated percentage income. This option may be exercised by delivering written or email notice of the intent to do so to the investor at the address listed above. 10. Term. This agreement shall commence on the date first set forth above and shall continue until ___JULY 25 ,2015________ unless terminated in section 9. 11. “Summary” of this contract is that the investor invested FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS_ pesos with 20% interest per month and investment is locked in for 60 days and the total amount the investor will receive is P10,000 ( TEN THOUSAND PESOS)_on the first month and P60,000 (SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS on the 2nd month.
