Information for your customers
Method:
• For optimum water absorbtion it is
recommended that 1st stage mixing
(slow speed) is at least 8 minutes.
• Mix to a well developed dough.
• Dough temperature 26°C.
• Scaling weight 440 grams.
• Round up.
• Intermediate proof 35 minutes.
• Mould and decorate with Prokorn
Decor.
• Final proof 60 minutes.
• Cut three times lengthwise before
baking.
• Bake with steam.
