April 23, 2015 Accuray today announced the introduction of Delivery Analysis software for the TomoTherapy System. With Delivery Analysis software, users gain unprecedented access to TomoTherapy treatment delivery information, via MVCT detector data. The data is presented in a customizable dashboard, allowing users to quantitatively compare planned and measured procedures – and easily view trends in patient delivery. Specifically, Delivery Analysis facilitates: • Prior to treatment comparisons of measured MLC performance to plan, including 3D dose calculation (GPU) in patient planning CT • During treatment assessments of the consistency of exit fluence data from fraction to fraction, including trending of differences Combined, these capabilities provide enhanced confidence in system performance before every treatment, and actionable insights to ensure all treatments stay on track.
