Conference on Advances in Control and Optimization of Dynamical Systems (ACODS 2016)
during February 1-5, 2016. In the continuing series of IFAC events held earlier at IISc Bangalore

PAPER SUBMISSION
Paper submissions are invited in all traditional and modern areas of theory and applications
where control and optimization of dynamical systems play an important role.
Papers submitted to ACODS 2016 must be original, not previously published or accepted for
publication elsewhere, and they must not be submitted to any other event or publication during
the entire review process. Papers must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline
through PaperCept Conference Management System at http://controls.papercept.net. A maximum of 8 pages is allowed for each paper, all figures and references included. Submitted papers
will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the Technical Committee. As in earlier IFACACODS events, all the accepted and presented papers will be available on IFAC papers online
www.ifac-papersonline.net.

The National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NIT-T), formerly Regional Engineering
College, Tiruchirappalli, is a public engineering and technology university located 20 km near
the city of Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu, India. The institute was founded in 1964 to cater to the
country's growing need for technological manpower. It is one of the 30 National Institutes of Technology in India. About 3,500 students are enrolled in various undergraduate and postgraduate

Tiruchirappalli is the fourth most populous city of Tamil Nadu, situated at the heart of the
state on the banks of river Cauvery. This city, with over 2500 years of known history, is home to
many historic places and has always been the epitome of fine arts in Southern India. The city is
