ACS(I) DR. REDDY’S DERMATOSURGERY QUIZ
About ACS(I):
ACS(I) has been in the forefront of creating and spreading awareness about the fields of cutaneous and
aesthetic surgery, subjects which are rapidly developing. Live hands on workshops, conferences
(ACSICON and ACSIZONE), free fellowships, mentorship programs provide excellent opportunities to the
members to learn the subject. The quiz constitutes yet another ambitious and visionary program of the
Association to enhance awareness.
The Association of Cutaneous Surgeons (I) invites application from Post graduate students in Dermatology
of various medical colleges and teaching institutions across the country to register and participate in the
ADDQ - 2015 (ACS(I) Dr. Reddy's Dermatosurgery Quiz )for post graduate students - the only national
quiz in the field of cutaneous and aesthetic surgery. Registration entails membership of the Association
at a nominal fee of Rs. 1000/- only with all attendant membership privileges.
Registration procedure and criteria:
1. A team is constituted by two post graduate students from the same institution.
2. Multiple teams from the same institution can participate, provided they fulfil all other criteria.
3. All participants must be provisional life members of ACS(I) at the time of registration. Please visit
ACS(I) website to apply for membership and send the ACS(I) membership form to
[email protected].
4. ADDQ 20015 Registration Process:
Registration form has to be downloaded from the ACSI website www.acsinet.net.

5. The duly filled up registration form should reach on or before 28 February, 2015.
6. Forms sent after the last date will not be accepted.
7. The ADDQ 2015 Nationwide Online Screening test will be held on 8th March, 2014, the online test link
will be communicated to the participant on his/her email id in due course of time.
8. The top two teams from each zone (North, East, South & West) will qualify for the finals to be held during
ACSICON 2015, in Kolkata; results will be announced on the ACS(I) website.
9. The decision of the Quiz Master(s) is final and binding during the conduct of the ADDQ 2015 Prelims and
Finals
10. The travel and accommodation for the ADDQ 2015 Prelims & Finals to be held during ACSICON 2015
for the qualifying post graduates will be arranged, provided they are bona fide members of the
Association.
